We have two rim production lines.Production of 4,000-6,000 rims per month.Mainly produces road rims and mountain rims.folding bike rims and disc wheel.

Painting

In order to ensure the stability of quality and delivery time, we have an independent spray paint production line and strictly control every link, and we can also provide customized spray paint for customers.

Hand built wheel

We have 5 excellent hand-made wheel engineers who have been engaged in wheel-making for more than 10 years.All wheels are laced and trued by hand. There are needs at least 4~5 stress relieve rounds during

the process. The deflection of all wheels is 0.2mm.runout of wheel is 0.2mm.
